AUTOMAX — the listing platform
We present vehicles integrated with the American Manheim auction databases, in Buy Now mode. This is the information and tools layer where you choose a car and place an order.
We do not sell cars from our own stock — we buy and import them for you. We explain the role of the AUTOMAX platform, how NEXTCAR-USA, the company that owns the AUTOMAX brand, operates, how the bidding power of attorney works and how we verify the history of every vehicle by its VIN.
What our model is built on
Importing a car from a wholesale auction in the USA requires dealer access, the authority to act on behalf of the buyer and efficient logistics and customs handling. That is why we separate these roles in a way that is transparent for the client.

Acting under the power of attorney granted, the contractor purchases the car, makes payment in the USA and assembles the export documents — always within the price cap agreed with you.
NEXTCAR-USA, the company that owns the AUTOMAX brand, handles the operational side of the entire process: the wholesale purchase, payments, ocean transport, customs clearance and delivery of the vehicle to Poland.
A clear separation of responsibilities is the foundation of trust. Below we set out what the platform handles and what falls to NEXTCAR-USA as the contractor.
Every vehicle has a unique 17-character VIN. It is the key by which we verify the car's past before we decide to buy on your behalf.
Vehicle history reports reveal accidents, repairs, the number of owners and odometer readings. AutoCheck additionally scores the car against vehicles in the same category.
The government NMVTIS database shows title brands — salvage, rebuilt, junk or flood. This is a key signal about the damage history and the actual legal status of the vehicle.
The Manheim Market Report gives the market value of the model, while the auction Condition Grade describes the car's condition. Together they let us judge whether the price is fair.
From choosing a car to handing over the vehicle — the process is consistent and transparent, and you keep control of your budget at every stage.
You choose a car from the listings on the platform and place an order, specifying your expectations and the maximum price.
We check the vehicle's history (Carfax, AutoCheck, NMVTIS) and the MMR valuation so that you can make an informed decision.
Acting under the power of attorney, the contractor buys the car and makes payment in the USA within the agreed price cap.
We arrange freight, customs clearance and delivery, and close the whole process with a transparent, documented settlement.
Honest brokerage also means clear boundaries. Below we state plainly what we take on and what to keep in mind when buying a used car from the USA.
We are responsible for the diligent performance of the brokerage activities in accordance with the power of attorney granted and the agreed terms.
We present the vehicle in accordance with the data, photos and description sourced from the Manheim auction databases.
Every cost component — the price of the car, fees and our commission — is known and documented before we proceed.
We are not the manufacturer of the vehicle. The condition of a used car is assessed on the basis of reports and the auction description, not a factory warranty.
The key points regarding the brokerage model, power of attorney and vehicle verification.
Choose a car from the Manheim listings, set a price cap, and we will take care of VIN verification, the purchase, the import and a transparent settlement — from purchase to door-to-door delivery.
