How the Partnership Works

Registration and Agreement

You create and verify an account on AUTOMAX, contact the partner department, and sign a brokerage agreement with AUTOMAX. You receive access to the B2B dashboard.

Selection and Valuation

You search for a vehicle in the Manheim database and review the photos, the Condition Report, and the MMR valuation. You receive a precise estimate of the all-in cost in Poland, commission included.

Purchase Through the Broker

Once the order is approved, our licensed broker buys the car on the exchange on your behalf and finalizes the payment based on the official invoice (Bill of Sale).

Import and Delivery

We arrange transport, freight to Rotterdam, and customs clearance. You receive the vehicle with a full set of documents, then close the sale to the end customer at your own margin.

No. Manheim is a closed B2B exchange available only to licensed dealers in the USA. In the AUTOMAX partner program, our licensed broker makes the purchase on your behalf, so as a broker, used-car lot, or dealer in Poland you don't need your own American dealer license or an account on the exchange.
