You can track the ocean stage of the import in the "Container Status" section after logging in. For details on the land stage, customs clearance or delivery, write to automax.usa.biuro@gmail.com, providing your order number or the vehicle's VIN.
We usually respond to email and form messages within 24 business hours. We handle complaints without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving them.
File a complaint by email to automax.usa.biuro@gmail.com or in writing to our registered address. Provide your details, a description and the date the irregularity occurred, and the resolution you expect. Details are set out in the Terms of Service.
