Normalization and Translation
Raw records are standardized into a consistent format, converted into readable units, and translated into Polish. Makes, models, body styles, and drivetrains are mapped to our filter database.
Masking Sensitive Data
VINs, MMR valuations, and auction identifiers are masked from guests and bots. Only verified users gain full access — this protects the wholesale B2B environment.
Listing Presentation
A finished, clear vehicle listing enters the catalog along with an integrated import calculator that dynamically computes the total cost of bringing the car to your door in Poland.

The Layers of Our Integration
The AUTOMAX platform isn't a single application, but a set of specialized modules. Each handles a different leg of the data's journey — from retrieval to the secure display of photos.
Synchronizator Core
The heart of the integration. It periodically queries the Manheim auction, detects new, changed, and withdrawn listings and updates our database. Thanks to it, the catalog reflects the real, current state of the wholesale market.
Listings API Logic
The data-serving layer. It handles filtering, sorting, and searching — including by VIN number — and decides which information a guest sees and which is reserved for a verified user with an active account.
Photo Proxy Media
A dedicated module that handles serving photos and 360° views. It ensures fast, stable loading of the gallery and protects the source image addresses, ensuring smooth browsing on mobile.
Database Storage
A persistent repository of listings, user accounts, favorite vehicles, and order history. It also stores archive of sold cars, so the VIN search engine works on historical data as well.

Galleries and 360° Views
Full photo sessions from the auction, including shots of the interior, engine, and any damage — often with the ability to view the car all the way around.
Condition Report (CR)
A detailed report from an independent inspector along with an AutoGrade score from 1.0 to 5.0, describing the vehicle's real mechanical and cosmetic condition.
MMR Valuation
The Manheim Market Report, the wholesale benchmark for a car's value. Available to verified users as support for the buying decision.
VIN
The unique vehicle identifier needed to verify history in Carfax and AutoCheck reports. Masked until you register an account.
Location and Logistics
The U.S. state and auction yard, which the calculator uses to compute the cost of inland transport to the port and to select the optimal freight route.
Buy Now Price
The fixed, wholesale price of the vehicle with no bidding. It's the starting point for a transparent calculation of all import costs to Poland.

Refreshing Status and Price
As long as the vehicle is available, the system regularly verifies its status and price so that the information shown stays in sync with the exchange.

Sale or Withdrawal
When a car leaves the exchange, the listing is automatically hidden from the catalog but stays in the archive — you can find it again via the VIN search.
