You choose a vehicle on the platform and assess its condition yourself based on the photos provided, and you verify the reports (Carfax/AutoCheck). If you have any questions, contact us before placing a purchase order.

Purchase order
Once you are sure of your choice, you let us know you want to buy ("Buy Now" listings only). We carry out the order on your behalf with our partner AUTOMAX, and you pay for the transaction directly from your own bank.

Ground transport in the U.S. and ocean shipping
Once the vehicle is paid for, we take over the logistics. We collect the car from the AUTOMAX lot to our U.S. yard near the port, secure it in a container, and ship it by sea to Europe.

Customs Clearance in Rotterdam
After the ship arrives in the Netherlands, our customs agency clears the vehicle. In accordance with applicable law, duty (typically 10%) and VAT (21%) are paid on your behalf.

Delivery to your specified address
The final step is ours - we load the prepared, customs-cleared car onto a carrier and deliver it directly to your door in Poland.
What do the prices include?
Rotterdam price
An averaged calculation of all costs incurred from the moment the vehicle is acquired until it is unloaded in Europe. It includes:
  • The vehicle's purchase value under the "Buy Now" system
  • AUTOMAX commission
  • Ground transport within the U.S. to the port
  • Ocean freight (container shipping to Rotterdam)
  • Charges related to unloading at the destination port
Final door-to-door price
This is the estimated total cost of importing the car to Poland. In addition to the Rotterdam price, it accounts for the necessary charges in Europe:
  • The Rotterdam price
  • Customs clearance service costs (agency in the Netherlands)
  • Carrier delivery from the European port to your specified home address
  • AUTOMAX commission for handling the import
Important after delivery: Once the vehicle is received in Poland, the buyer is responsible for settling the local excise tax, any vehicle repairs, document translation, and the technical inspection required for registration.
